I am ALLOWED to refuse your commission if I'm not given enough time to work on it.
You CANNOT claim my work as your own, or edit my work.
You can use my work as personal wallpapers, or headers! But as long as you credit me, I'm happy.
I will send you the WIPs, and progress if requested. Final product will be given once payment is paid upfront, or 50 ~ 50 ( Pay for half first, and pay the rest later. )
